Most people come to our mindfulness and meditation retreats to deal with real-world issues, stress, depression, anxiety or whatever brought you here, it’s not really about that. Mindfulness and meditation are about something much more important than that. – Awakening, breaking free of the deception and destruction of the mind-made self (Tiny Mind) and connecting with the Great Mind beyond identity and limitation

From the very outset of our 3-day mindfulness for spiritual awakening retreats, we will help you to enter the clear blue sky of Satori a state of mind free of thought, a higher state of mind from where you can break free of your conditioning, indoctrination and limited mind-made sense of self
Not only will you learn how to escape the ego’s grip, but additionally, you’ll discover how to align yourself with the Great Mind -the mind beyond your thoughts and how to overcome unhelpful patterns of behaviour, your self-imposed limitations and break free of your programming.
Together, we’ll explore the nature of Karma and how to heal our karmic debt and consciously manifest the world of our choosing
Friday is really about getting you settled and in a good place for the weekend ahead. You can arrive anytime after 5 pm, and we’ll have a hot drink and a warm welcome waiting for you. We’ve created some lovely private spots for meditation and silent appreciation. Let nature bring you to presence and dissolve any mental baggage you are carrying. Dinner is at 7 pm, followed by a welcome talk and introductions – finish the evening with a sound bath and chill out by the campfire
Satori is a Japanese Buddhist term for awakening. “Satori’ is the gap in the clouds to enable you to see the blue skies above”. We will lead you into the experience of Satori, clearing the clouds of thought from your mind and into a place of clear blue thoughtless clarity. You learn the 3 main techniques for achieving thoughtless awareness and access to the greater mind.
We’ll explore the shadow, mindfulness of emotions Karmic cycles and metaphysics, and you’ll discover the keys to the matrix. and how to expand your mind to new infinite possibilities
You’ll learn how to observe the Ego, and how to break free of conditioned patterns and identification with form. How to escape your conditioning and the deception of your perception. How to see beyond the matrix, break free of the control structures.

Redfield Centre is a beautifully converted stables and coach house attached to Redfield Community in Winslow, Buckinghamshire
It’s a lovely, cosy venue set within 20 acres of parkland and woodland – the perfect place to unwind and allow nature to call you to stillness
We have 6 twin rooms and 2 triple rooms – rooms are shared, same (biological sex only. unless of course you come as a couple, we’ll arrange a private room for 2

Redfield Centre is close to the M1 near Milton Keynes, about 1 hour from London, and the Midlands – free parking
By public transport
X60 bus runs regularly from Milton Keynes station and stops right outside the venue – I’m sure someone will be happy to drop you back at the station on Sunday
