Real Mindfulness is not thinking, it is developing the ability to not think, to find some quiet space in your mind free of thought, take a rest from the incessant chatter. Real Mindfulness isn’t anything you could learn at school or from a book because mindfulness isn’t an intellectual practice, you are developing a different part of your brain altogether. Real Mindfulness can’t be understood it can only be experienced and known directly.
That’s what The Now Project Mindfulness Weekends are all about from the very from the very first class we’ll help you to find a deep state of mindfulness and we’ll hold you there for most of the weekend. You’ll learn techniques and practices to help you cultivate mindfulness you’ll learn how to manage your emotions, how to heal past suffering and how to find depth and meaning and how to get the most from everyday life.

Mindfulness training doesn’t have to be deadly serious, we won’t make you dress in robes or sit cross legged for hours, The Now Project Mindfulness weekends are fun, friendly and relaxed. The food is great and the team are second to none. The are all very experienced practitioners, caring and compassionate, they are human, down to earth and real.
