reasons. You may be a complete beginner and think that you are not experienced
enough to join the course.

This Mindfulness course is for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

I want to share my teachings with the world and I welcome anybody on board the ship of
mindfulness.

experience and we are going to have a good laugh on the way too
