It seems to me that there are forces at work that are hell-bent on keeping you locked in a mental state of fear, shortage and confusion. Is it just me or are you noticing it too? Nothing works anymore, trust in authority is broken and we are bombarded with meaningless distractions and toxic media – I can’t keep up with what I’m supposed to be terrified of or who I’m supposed to hate this week.
War is Peace – Hate is Love – Control is Freedom and the Truth is the ultimate crime. Everything is inverted and everything is perverted.
And if these conditions are not bringing up pain and suffering in you then I would suggest there is something seriously wrong with you.
Stress anxiety, depression, anger and helplessness are the real pandemic and this malaise has consumed the human condition the effects of which are played out in the world we create. And it’s really got to stop!

Hi, My name’s Adrian and I want to help you get to know me a little better before you embark on this journey with me.
This isn’t just my work, it’s my passion, my life’s purpose. I have been teaching mindfulness for 20+ years now, helping over 3000 students to uncover a less stressful, happier and more fulfilling way of living. There is so much pain and suffering in people and the world – how can I sit back and do nothing when I can give you the keys, to set yourself free?
I’ve helped hundreds of people overcome anxiety, depression, addictions and numerous other issues, but mindfulness isn’t about illness, mindfulness is the discovery of wellness – learning how to ride the ups and downs of life and find peace and well-being and get the most out of life.
Mindfulness is about developing awareness of your inner workings, your thoughts, your emotions and unconscious beliefs and unhelpful conditioning and with that awareness managing yourself effectively in the world, you’ll move away from “unconscious reaction” to “right action” thereby manefesting a very different experience of the world for yourself and everyone else.
It’s the most liberating journey of discovery and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Mindfulness is for everyone
Mindfulness is an ancient practice that has it’s roots in Buddhism, but you don’t need to be a Buddhist to practice mindfulness, I’m not a Buddhist and you’ll find the same principles and understandings in pretty much all spiritual teachings.
The wisdom of mindfulness is at least 2600 years old but it has never been more important than NOW. In case you hadn’t noticed people on an individual level and collectively are in crisis, there is an imperative for us all to ride the storm with clarity and mindful awareness, to come alive to the fullness of life and manifest a better world into being.
If you are new to mindfulness you’ll learn everything you need to bring mindfulness into your everyday life. If you already have a practice then this mindfulness course will take your understanding to a whole new level.
After 6 short weeks, you will have acquired a powerful tool which you can use to tame the troubles within your mind find some inner peace and really fall in love with life
Why Mindfulness?
The simple answer is that you’d be mad not to!
Let me explain – Mindfulness is a state of awareness that allows you to stand back and observe yourself. To observe your thoughts. your emotions and your unconscious conditioned patterns, unhelpful habits, beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviours – And that awareness gives you space, it gives you choice.
With mindfulness of thoughts, you’ll soon realise that a huge proportion of your thoughts aren’t helpful and many are pain-provoking and destructive – With mindfulness, you might choose not to do that to yourself, you might observe an unhelpful or upsetting thought and choose to let to go from your mind. Do you get the idea? How much better would you feel if you could let go of obsessive worrying or ditch the miserable story going round and round in your head?
As you become mindful of your emotions, you’ll learn how to manage feelings in your body without reacting to them – You’ll learn how to manage other people and the world around you by managing yourself – How to feel anger without becoming angry, how to feel anxiety without becoming anxious how to effectively deal with any situation by learning how to deal with yourself in that situation. You’ll take the right action, clear action or no action if that is the wisest option, rather than being compelled to react according to your emotions. – It’s a very powerful way to live and very much better things come of that.
The key to breaking unhelpful destructive patterns of behaviour is to be mindful of them, as your mindfulness practice grows you find that you can override your unhelpful habitual responses break harmful patterns and really take control of your life.

In this 6-week mindfulness course, I will teach you powerful techniques and instil a mindset within you that will not only help you in overcoming your demons in order to live a stress-free life but I believe by the end of this course you will

be able to start creating the life which you are destined to live.
Truth or Fiction?
90% of your emotional pain, your stress anger heartache, frustrations and anxiety are mind created. They are not caused by what is happening now but are caused by the thoughts in your head. Am I right? Well, stop it then, because it’s not just you that they hurt, because if we are not mindful then there is a real risk that we spread that pain and suffering to others either directly through our unconscious reactions or simply through the stress anger or general misery we give off. and if we aren’t mindful that is reflected back to us through the world we experience.
In the first class, you’ll get to experience for yourself at the state of Satori – the clear blue sky of awareness when your mind is completely silent and you access directly a higher level of awareness, from here you can observe the dysfunction of your thinking mind. You soon see how most of your problems stress and emotional suffering isn’t caused by reality TRUTH it’s your body responding to a fiction in your head, “what has happened”, “what might happen”.
Can you see the possibilities – how much better would you feel if you could observe and let go of your mind-head drama and stresses? We’ll explore how with mindfulness you can calm your mind and free yourself of involuntary unproductive and often pain provoking thoughts.

Life isn’t a problem to overcome or a competition you must win, it shouldn’t be an ordeal to drag yourself through or a race to get to the end, Life is a sensual gift for you to delight in
In this class, you learn how to get out of your head and experience the world through your body, how to suck every juicy drop out of the experience of being alive now.
Mindfulness could be described as the alignment of mind and body – There are more cells in your body than there are stars in the known universe! Each one of those cells has intelligence within it that your intellectual mind couldn’t grasp in all eternity – There is unintelligence within you and in the world around you that is way beyond your comprehension-
Mindfulness connects you to the body, you can listen to the body, and become acutely aware of signs of stress and agitation and as your mindfulness grows you learn how to think with your gut and heart. You’ll discover how the body and mind work in tandem.
It is almost as if you develop a sixth sense. A sense of awareness which
most humans will never experience. You will start to make better decisions and take wiser actions
We will go through 8 lessons/techniques which will help to develop this

In week 3 we begin to connect with higher consciousness through being conscious of the fullness of the mind.

YOU are a spiritual being who deals with a wide range of emotions:
calmness, confusion, craving, disgust, empathic pain, entrancement,
excitement, fear, horror, interest, joy, nostalgia, relief… I could go on.
Feeling emotion is what makes us human.
Being mindful isn’t about becoming an empty shell of a human who doesn’t feel any emotion.
It’s about taking these feelings and learning how to not react to them.
By learning how to not react to your emotions you will have developed an invaluable skill which can be used to create success in any realm of human endeavour.
In modern-day life we are all told things by other people which creates our set of beliefs known as our belief system.
For example, if you had been told your whole life you were shy you would start to identify with this belief and it would become part of you.
In this part of the mindfulness course, we discuss how mindfulness can be used to override the programming to which we have been exposed to.
By letting go of these false beliefs we begin to let go of the ego and free
ourselves from these mental constraints which hold us back.
We will go beyond the self.
I have added a special bonus at the end of this section, a powerful
meditation technique called the greater mind meditation.
Mindfulness doesn’t end with you. It affects everyone you come into contact
with. Your mindfulness determines the quality of the world you experience.
As within so without, how to transform the world by transforming yourself.
