Hi, My name’s Adrian and I want to help you get to know me a little better before you embark on this journey with me.

This isn’t just my work, it’s my passion, my life’s purpose. I have been teaching mindfulness for 20+ years now, helping over 5000 students to uncover a less stressful, happier and more fulfilling way of living. 

I’ve helped hundreds of people overcome anxiety, depression, addictions and numerous other issues, but mindfulness isn’t about illness, mindfulness is the discovery of wellness – learning how to ride the ups and downs of life and find peace and well-being and to really get the most out of life. 

It’s the most liberating journey of discovery and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

If you are new to mindfulness you’ll learn everything you need to bring mindfulness into your everyday life. If you already have a practice then this mindfulness course will take your understanding to a whole new level.

After 6 short weeks, you will have acquired a powerful tool which you can use to tame the troubles within your mind find some inner peace and really fall in love with life

gain mental clarity, give you greater mental resilience/toughness, increase overall
happiness and in effect helps you to live a more fulfilled life.

Now, I understand you may be hesitant about taking this leap of faith for various
reasons. You may be a complete beginner and feel as though you are not experienced
enough to join my course.

If you feel this way then I will politely ask you to stop being silly!
This Mindfulness course is for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

I want to share my teachings with the world and I welcome anybody on board the ship of
mindfulness.

I will be your guide, your mentor and a shoulder to lean on throughout this life-changing
experience and we are going to have good laugh on the way too
