Hi, My name’s Adrian and I want to help you get to know me a little better before you embark on this journey with me.
This isn’t just my work, it’s my passion, my life’s purpose. I have been teaching mindfulness for 20+ years now, helping over 5000 students to uncover a less stressful, happier and more fulfilling way of living.
I’ve helped hundreds of people overcome anxiety, depression, addictions and numerous other issues, but mindfulness isn’t about illness, mindfulness is the discovery of wellness – learning how to ride the ups and downs of life and find peace and well-being and to really get the most out of life.
It’s the most liberating journey of discovery and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
If you are new to mindfulness you’ll learn everything you need to bring mindfulness into your everyday life. If you already have a practice then this mindfulness course will take your understanding to a whole new level.
After 6 short weeks, you will have acquired a powerful tool which you can use to tame the troubles within your mind find some inner peace and really fall in love with life
Why Mindfulness?
The simple answer is that you’d be mad not to!
Let me explain – Mindfulness is a state of awareness that allows you to stand back and observe yourself. To observe your thoughts. your emotions and your unconscious conditioned patterns, unhelpful habits, beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviours – And that awareness gives you space, it gives you choice.
With mindfulness of thoughts, you’ll soon realise that a huge proportion of your thoughts aren’t helpful and many are pain-provoking and destructive – With mindfulness, you might choose not to do that to yourself, you might observe an unhelpful or upsetting thought and choose to let to go from your mind. Do you get the idea? How much better would you feel if you could let go of obsessive worrying or ditch the miserable story going round and round in your head?
As you become mindful of your emotions, you’ll learn how to manage feelings in your body without reacting to them – You’ll learn how to manage other people and the world around you by managing yourself – How to feel anger without becoming angry, how to feel anxiety without becoming anxious how to effectively deal with any situation by learning how to deal with yourself in that situation. You’ll take the right action, clear action or no action if that is the wisest option, rather than being compelled to react according to your emotions. – It’s a very powerful way to live and very much better things come of that.
The key to breaking unhelpful destructive patterns of behaviour is to be mindful of them, as your mindfulness practice grows you find that you can override your unhelpful habitual responses break harmful patterns and really take control of your life.

Do you ever feel like putting your thoughts on mute?
Well unfortunately it’s not as easy as grabbing a remote control and
pressing an on/off button to switch them off.
Intrusive thoughts come like an unwanted intruder invading your beloved home and we desperately fight back to try and fend them off.
In this 6-week mindfulness course, I will teach you powerful techniques and instil a mindset within you that will not only help you in overcoming your demons in order to live a stress-free life but I believe by the end of this course you will
have a completely new perspective on life itself.
The mental blocks that once held you back will shortly be gone and you will
be able to start creating the life which you are destined to live.
It’s time to become one with one’s self.
In week 1 we go through 6 powerful lessons to begin the reframing of the mind.
We go through exercises to create a silent mind, a mind that allows
thoughts to come and go as they please and we learn to detach any
negative feelings that may come with these thoughts.
I reveal one secret which will change your whole outlook on life, a secret
which I believe is worth more than the entire course itself.
At the end of week 1, you will believe that you know everything there is to
know about mindfulness but trust me, we have only just begun…
Things are starting to get juicy in week 2 as we begin to explore how you will use your body as an anchor of attention.
Allow your senses to become heightened through slowing your thoughts
down and then we will begin to place our focus on these heightened
senses.
By listening to the body we will begin to see how the body and mind work in tandem.
You will become mindful of the food you consume and how it affects you.
You will start to make better decisions through being mindful of how your
actions create consequences.
It is almost as if you develop a sixth sense. A sense of awareness which
most humans will never experience.
We will go through 8 lessons/techniques which will help to develop this
sixth sense.
In week 3 we begin to connect with higher consciousness through being conscious of the fullness of the mind.
This is where a whole new world begins to open up through mindfulness.

YOU are a spiritual being who deals with a wide range of emotions:
calmness, confusion, craving, disgust, empathic pain, entrancement,
excitement, fear, horror, interest, joy, nostalgia, relief… I could go on.
Feeling emotion is what makes us human.
Being mindful isn’t about becoming an empty shell of a human who doesn’t feel any emotion.
It’s about taking these feelings and learning how to not react to them.
By learning how to not react to your emotions you will have developed an invaluable skill which can be used to create success in any realm of human endeavour.
In modern-day life we are all told things by other people which creates our set of beliefs known as our belief system.
For example, if you had been told your whole life you were shy you would start to identify with this belief and it would become part of you.
In this part of the mindfulness course, we discuss how mindfulness can be used to override the programming to which we have been exposed to.
By letting go of these false beliefs we begin to let go of the ego and free
ourselves from these mental constraints which hold us back.
We will go beyond the self.
I have added a special bonus at the end of this section, a powerful
meditation technique called the greater mind meditation.
Mindfulness doesn’t end with you. It affects everyone you come into contact
with. Your mindfulness determines the quality of the world you experience.
As within so without, how to transform the world by transforming yourself.
How to project a better world into being.
We round off the course with 9 powerful lessons and a Q&A where you
guys can ask me questions regarding the course.
This is a time to reflect on what we have learned and by this point in the
course your outlook on life should be completely transformed.
We cover things such as ‘How to maintain a high frequency, ‘The power of
a smile’, and much more in this section.
