I prefer a modern straight-talking, practical approach to mindfulness grounded in real-world experience. It’s no less profound and will absolutely transform your experience of life, but I want to make it accessible and give you simple tools that you can bring into your life now so you can deal with the real-world issues as they happen with resilience and calm clarity
