You don’t need to be a Buddhist to practice mindfulness, I’m not a Buddhist in fact no belief is necessary to learn mindfulness ( belief gets in the way). I won’t make you wear robes or sit facing the wall for hours, there’s nothing wrong with that, it’s just not my style. I prefer a modern straight-talking, practical approach to mindfulness grounded in real-world experience. It’s no less profound and will absolutely transform your experience of life, but I want to make it accessible and give you simple tools that you can bring into your life now so you can deal with the real-world issues as they happen with resilience and calm clarity

This course is suitable for people who are new to mindfulness and experienced practitioners. We’ll start with the basics but I’m not messing about I want to give you a profound experience that will change your life forever.
You’ll learn everything you need to ease your stress and find peace and fulfilment that you never realised possible. It’s incredibly simple to learn and by the end of the course you’ll have discovered a profoundly better way of living
Can you imagine how wonderful it would be to be able to quieten your mind and rest from your worries problem and mental suffering? mindfulness isn’t something that you can learn intellectually it’s a state of being and when you are acutely mindful you’ll find that you stop thinking altogether. From the very start, you get to experience what it is to be fully alive and conscious but with a completely quiet mind. Just to experience this is life-changing. But it’s just the start and over the six weeks of the course we’ll explore the wonderful possibilities this offers
Mindfulness isn’t something that you put time aside to do, it’s a quality of attention that you bring into whatever you are doing now. In this class, we’ll explore how to use your body as an anchor to mindfulness and how you can make everything you do mindful meditation. You’ll learn how to come alive to life and how to live with a new richness and intensity and how to suck every juicy out your life now
Mindfulness is great for stress, depression and so many mental health and even physical health issues, but when you’ve been practising for a while a whole new way of experiencing the world and yourself come into focus. Mindfulness means being conscious of the fullness of mind to connect to a greater mind beyond the limitations of thought
Mindfulness of emotions is the key to self-mastery and in this class, we’ll explore how you can process painful emotions in the body without reacting. How to move from reaction to right action and mange the world from within yourself
As your mindfulness deepens you’ll become conscious of your habits, belief and automatic responses – your conditioning. Mindfulness allows you to observe your unconscious behaviour and responses and to choose alternatives. You are overriding your programming, what we call the ego and becoming a free sovereign being
Mindfulness doesn’t end with you. It affects everyone you come into contact with. Your mindfulness determines the quality of the world you experience. As within so without, how to transform the world be transforming yourself. How to project a better world into being.
