This course of six 1½ hour evening classes in Central London will give you all the tools that you need to bring Mindful self-awareness into the stresses and strains of everyday living. Weekend Mindfulness Retreats
Whether you are drawn to mindfulness to ease stress, relief depression, tackle illness, improve your well-being or achieve spiritual enlightenment these retreats are for you. They are perfect for complete beginners and mindfulness masters alike.
If you are new to mindfulness, you’ll learn everything that you need to be mindful in a weekend. If you are already practising mindfulness then these weekends will take your practice to a new level. They are great fun, the food is fantastic, you’ll meet some wonderful people and you’ll learn something that can change your life. Come with your partner, bring a friend or you can come on your own, we are a warm and friendly bunch, non judging and accepting so you won’t feel alone for long.

It’s not easy to maintain mindfulness in the stressful and unconscious world we live in. If you've had a significant glimpse of mindfulness then you can't really go back to the madness for long, but at times it can seem as if the whole world is conspiring to drag you back into the mental chatter and mind made suffering. I went on the Now retreat for a enlightening weekend. This has been one of my better decisions. Now everything is bright and new. The team and location was amazing. They have given me the skills to help with life in general. Big thanks to them all.
My husband and I attended a weekend retreat in Suffolk. “Amazing” really doesn’t cover it but it’s as close as I can get without writing a novel. I went with some trepidation and to be honest a degree of angst and cynicism, “what if I can’t do it?”, “What if I don’t fit in?” (I could go on!). From the outset the team were calm, welcoming, reassuring (without appearing to do anything) and completely non judgemental. They quickly made a group of strangers feel bonded, supported and supportive of each other without any artificial artifice. The weekend flows well, there is no pressure but clear simple explanations and practical steps, no bells, no robes no zen teachers who appear to have no earthly issues but people who are open and honest about their past , their ongoing journeys and what has helped them. I arrived on Friday stressed, and anxious I left on Sunday feeling serene, but more amazingly I awoke on Monday morning and the world seemed a different place like a filter had been removed and I could see and have perspective again. I shall continue to practice and will certainly be back.
Just spent the most amazing weekend with these guys. Be in the now and do the same. You won't regret it. Couldn't recommend this retreat enough! Go for it! Xxx
Fantastic team who truly know how to bring participants into the present moment. There are no words to adequately describe the sublime experiences and connections made at their retreats. I have just been for the third time. It just gets better!!! 😁
