These are the most challenging of times, full of fear and uncertainty. All your plans, your dreams and expectations have gone, there is only uncertainty now.
It is impossible to predict the future, but what we can be sure of is that things will never be the same again. It’s not just the fear of illness and death for our selves and loved ones at the hands of the virus, but also the effect upon the economy; businesses are going bust, investments are crashing, people are losing their jobs and security is gone. There is only one thing we can be certain of and that is that the world will never be the same again
The world is gripped with panic, and fear there is so much out of your control, but the one thing you can control is you. How you manage your anxiety and uncertainty is the key to saving your sanity and to surviving the fallout from the virus. When we emerge from self-isolation we will enter a new world, very different from what we have to the world we knew before. The quality of the world you find yourself in, will depend up upon how well you deal with yourself in through the crisis
