Dear Adrian, Steve, Connie, James, Chris and staff I wanted to thank you all for a really fantastic weekend. I’ve just got back to London and wanted to put pen to paper (scratch the ‘witchy black screen’) to tell you how much this weekend has changed my outlook for the better. I arrived with a head full of unhelpful thoughts at a terrible crossroads and not knowing which way to turn. And then I realised the crossroads was a figment of my imagination and the thoughts unnecessary! How refreshing to look at life from a new perspective. Thank you for the laughs, thank you for the meditation, the gongs, the yoga the wisdom, fab hospitality and delicious food. Thank you for the friendship and for the most amazing hallucinogenic awakening experiences and for the joy. I didn’t know what to expect from a Now Project weekend, but I couldn’t have asked for more or that I’d gain so much. All the best to you. I’m sure I’ll come again. Hi Adrian, First, let me say that no words can convey the gratitude that I feel for last weekend. I have realised just how carefully, insightfully and compassionately everything was choreographed to push us all as far as we could go and to suit the various "stages" that everyone was at. How you are all doing this purely from the heart. Most of all, I understand why, and that is of course the big thing. Even saying that this has been fully transformative is a massive understatement. I understand that a huge amount of work remains (a lifetime of it) for me and I have probably only scratched the surface of what there is to comprehend. The days after the retreat have been hugely meaningful though (with little sleep despite my efforts at grounding!), with my brain and body processing what happened and what it means, and me learning (or starting to learn) to recognise my ego at work. If you have time, I would very much appreciate having a chat with you about this integration process. I want to ensure that I do all the work that is possible not to let the ego manipulate me, especially into "rationalising" the experience. I do not want to regress too much. Helloooo.. So I've been meaning to send a thankyou message over the past couple of days and when I come to write it out, i struggle, because thank you is not enough! What happened over the weekend was so powerful. I have never felt anything like it. I am just so grateful to each and every one of you. You really are just such amazing humans and I am so so grateful to have met you all. The last couple of days have been hazy, I feel like I'm slowing down. Appreciating alot more now moments and seeing how beautiful my life really is. One day at a time, one hour at a time, one minute at a time is how I will live my life going forward. An Eye Opening Experience I needed something different. Something to make me stop and focus. It looked like it had a lot for the price and was in an easy-to-get location. I was looking for something different and eye-opening. It has awakened me and made me understand myself more. The team behind this retreat is incredible. So approachable and conscientious.

An amazing experience from the start. I was able to connect comfortably with complete strangers all on similar journeys. So many new concepts learned that will stay with me and grow.
