Looking for a special gift? Why not treat your friends or family to the gift of a quiet mind! Now Project gift vouchers are available and can provide a really life changing gift that will benefit everyone!

Now Project vouchers are available all year round. We can customise the gift package to suit you, from a simple voucher of your specified amount (minimum £10) for use on any of our classes and retreats or a full payment of a course or retreat.

The current classes and retreats on offer are:

Transformational Mindfulness 6 week course

A simple introduction to a better way of living.
Tuesday or Wednesday evenings, 7pm – 8.30pm (2 venues to choose from)
